Northside Alumni Weekend 2009

The Northside Alumni Association is hosting its 2009 Northside Alumni Weekend, October 22nd – 25th. The weekend will kick off with the Northside High vs Manassas High football game at Crump Stadium 7:00 pm Thursday, October 22nd. Admission is $6.00 at the gate and $4.00 at the door. Advanced football tickets can be purchase at Northside High School.

On Friday, October 23rd, our alumni men’s basketball league will play Hamilton alumni at Northside High School. Tip off time is 7:00 pm. Admission is $5.00 at the door. Come see the Northside Alumni Basketball League defeat the Hamilton Alumni basketball team!

Saturday, October 24th will be “Party Time” as the alumni association host an all alumni party at Bridges, 477 N. Fifth Street, Memphis, Tennessee. Tickets are $20.00 in advance and $25.00 at the door. For advance tickets, call 901-679-8077. We will also sell advance party and football tickets on Oct. 17th at Northside High School inside the gymnasium ticket booth from 11:00 am - 2:00 pm.

Northside Booster Club Events

The Northside Booster Club will be hosting a tailgate party at Crump Stadium on Thursday, October 22nd for Homecoming.  Proceeds will go to rebuilding the weight room  at NHS.  The Booster Club will sell hotdogs, smoke sausage, ribs, and hamburgers and chips.  They will begin tailgating from 2:30 pm to 6:30 pm.  Please make every effort to be there.

On Saturday, October 24th, 7 am to 2 pm, the NHS Booster Club will have a Community Garage Sale to be held at Northside.  They will have a car wash (cars $6 and SUVs $8), moon walk for the children, food to sell and you can rent a booth to sell or display your own items.  They are taking donations for items to sell at the garage sale.  Please contact Vivian Shirley to donate by October 21st at 901-438-5766 or email her at shirleyv@rapllc.com .
