LINDA KILGORE-WILLIAMSON-PARKINSON,
departed from this earth on June 6, 2003.
She is survived by her husband, Rudy Parkinson, her children,
Nevada Williamson, Keta Glover and, Lorenzo Williamson, her parents,
Leonard and Josie Kilgore, her brother, Bobby Joe, and her sisters,
Mildred, Peggy, Madolyn and Gena. Family was Linda's first priority
in life. She continually gave of herself, for the good of her
family.

JOHN
HENRY WALLACE, JR. departed this world, Sunday, July 15, 2001.
He was born May 27, 1951 to the late Maggie Mae and John Henry
Wallace, Sr. He attended Northside High School and State Technical
Institute in Memphis, Tennessee. He later served in the United
States Army. He was united in Holy Matrimony to Claudine Bobo,
and to this union came two sons, John Michael and Corey Jerome.
John loved his family and friends unselfishly and those who were
blessed to know him will never forget him.
His memories are cherished by three sons John Michael, Corey
Jerome, and Patrick, all of Memphis, Tennessee; three sisters,
Bobbie James, Vickie and Sandra (Marvell) Brown; two brothers,
James (Linda Jean) and Ovell (Debra); a host of nieces, nephews,
many friends; a special friend, Ms. Rhonda Young.
He was preceded in death by his mother and father, Maggie Mae
and John Henry; one sister, Gloria Ann; and one son Darryl.

Thomas of Florida, Wyona Farmer of Memphis, Robbie Webb of Senatobia, MS; six
nieces, twenty nephews, two great nieces, four great nephews, two great nieces
and a host of family and friends.

DR. GAIL A. CHRISTIAN-THOMAS, 49, of Memphis, Director of Testing
for Southwest Tennessee Community College, died Monday, January
17, 2005 at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Memphis. Mrs. Thomas, the
wife of Gregory L. Thomas, also leaves two daughters, April Jackson
and Keesler Abrum, and a son, Mario Thomas, all of Memphis; two
sisters, Phyllis Anderson of Millington and Tabatha Johnson of
Memphis; three brothers, Floyd Christian of Atlanta, David Christian
of Arlington, Texas, and Ralph Christian of Memphis, and nine
grandchildren.

NONA LEFORE, 53, of Memphis, passed away September 18, 2007.
She was an employee of Childrens College Daycare. Visitation,
Friday, September 21 at Family Mortuary, 878 Jackson from 7-9
p.m. and Saturday, September 22 at Trinity Church and Christian
Center, 3835 Raleigh-Millington Road, from 11 a.m. until time
of Funeral at 1 p.m. She leaves four daughters, Kristy Dowell,
Adrianne Hardin and Erin LeFlore; one son Aaron LeFlore; godmother,
Catherine Himphill. She also leaves a host of other relatives
and friends.

BERNARD BONDS, 46, of Houston, formerly of Memphis, computer consultant
for Hand & Associates American Industries Trust Co., died
Friday, May 3, 2002 at St. Luke Episcopal Hospital in Houston.
Memorial services will be at 7 p.m. Monday at Jefferson Mortuary
in Millington with burial at 10 a.m. Tuesday in West Tennessee
Veterans Cemetery. He was an usher of Oneness Apostolic Church
in Houston. Mr. Bonds, the husband of Sylvia Christopher Bonds,
also leaves a daughter, Christina Antoinette Bonds, and a son,
Christopher Jarrett Bonds, both of Houston; his mother, Bobbie
Marshall of Memphis, and five sisters, Antoinette Bonds, Shelia
Marshall, Edwina Gray and Felecia Smith, all of Memphis, and Ptosha
Maclin of Clarksville, TN. The family requests that memorials
be sent to Houston Apostolic Ministerial Alliance for Reginald
B. Bonds Scholarship Fund of the Faith Temple Holiness Church
in Houston.

DANIEL
ROSS departed this world, Thursday, January 2, 2003 and leaves
to mourn his passing, his parents, Charlie and Della Ross, two
sisters, Deborah Conway, Alyce Lovell (Kenneth), one brother,
Tyrone Ross (Benita) all of Memphis.
Daniel Ross was in Memphis for Christmas vacation
before falling victim to an apparent carjacking and murder. Daniel
made a name for himself as an accomplished chemist within the
cosmetics industry. He held the position of senior chemist at
Maybelline/Loreal. Daniel relocated to Woodbridge, New Jersey
6 years ago when Maybelline moved its cosmetics division to the
New Jersey area.

In October of 1984, Henry Tucker joined the Army. On April 8,
1985, he was joined in holy matrimony to Edwina Gale Wiley in
Ft. Sill, Oklahoma. As a career serviceman, Sgt. Tucker earned
his BS Degree and was currently seeking to pursue a degree in
Law. As he continued to play basketball with his unit, he earned
many trophies for his skill.
